Matthew Weinstein
M.S., CCC-SLPMatthew earned his Master's in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from New York University (NYU). His passion for speech therapy began in childhood, when he received support for his own stutter — experiences that shaped his belief that every child deserves to feel confident and understood.
With over four years of experience in school settings — including two years of teletherapy — Matthew has supported children with a wide range of communication needs. He loves building strong relationships with families and helping each child find their voice in a supportive, encouraging environment.
Melissa Sciarabba
M.S., CCC-SLPMelissa is a warm, patient, and highly experienced speech-language pathologist who has been supporting children and families for nearly a decade. She earned her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Carolina University, graduating with top academic honors.
She has worked across schools, clinics, private practice, and teletherapy — giving her a deep understanding of how to help children thrive in different environments. Melissa has experience working with children of all ages — from infants and toddlers to teens — and has supported a wide range of communication needs including articulation, language delays, autism, AAC, fluency, and feeding.
Families love working with Melissa because she makes therapy feel positive, encouraging, and achievable. She believes in partnering closely with parents, offering practical strategies that fit naturally into daily routines.
Meghan Sweeney
M.S., CCC-SLPMeghan is a compassionate and highly experienced speech-language pathologist who has spent years supporting children from infancy through high school. She earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from La Salle University, graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
She has worked across schools, early intervention programs, and teletherapy — giving her a deep understanding of how to help children succeed in different learning environments. Meghan has extensive experience evaluating and treating a wide range of communication needs including articulation, language delays, autism, AAC, fluency, cognitive-linguistic challenges, and childhood apraxia of speech.
She is also skilled in supporting children with more complex needs including traumatic brain injury and selective mutism. Families appreciate Meghan's warm, encouraging approach and her ability to make therapy feel positive and achievable.
Kayla Czachor
M.S., CCC-SLPKayla is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist with over a decade of experience supporting children and families. She is also a certified Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist, giving her deep expertise with the youngest communicators.
She specializes in early intervention, autism spectrum disorder, phonological disorders, and social communication — providing comprehensive speech and language evaluations and individualized treatment plans designed to help children build meaningful, functional communication skills.
Kayla's approach is child-led, play-based, and family-centered, focusing on each child's unique strengths, interests, and goals. She believes parent involvement is an essential part of successful therapy and enjoys partnering with families to support communication growth in everyday routines.
She is passionate about helping children gain confidence, develop strong communication skills, and reach their full potential. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys reading, traveling, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
